Experience pure nature on the large furnished roof terrace of our houseboat "Emsel".

Our floating holiday home combines the charm of a houseboat with the latest technical requirements and refinements in modern design. With its comfortable furnishings, it meets the requirements of a beautiful holiday home and offers space for an exceptional maritime family holiday with up to 6 people.

The licence-free houseboat is modernly furnished and has 48 square metres of living space. With its powerful heating and air conditioning, the boat can be used all year round and offers a cosy atmosphere even on cooler days. All our houseboats are equipped with a Wi-Fi router and smart TV.

However, it is much nicer to enjoy the sun, wind and water on the 50 square metre terrace on the upper deck.

You have a fully equipped separate and lockable bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchenette and everything else you need for a great day and night on the water. The houseboat has 2 bedrooms: two double beds & in the saloon there is a sofa bed for 2 more people.

The two enclosed indoor areas and two terraces offer plenty of space to recharge your batteries and enjoy the sun and water, especially if there are several people on board.

A barbecue for a BBQ evening as well as a stand-up paddle, canoe, electric inflatable boats or bicycles can be hired from the harbour master for a fee.

Dogs are allowed in the harbour.

Handover and return days

Boat handovers always take place Monday-Saturday.

Returns are also Monday-Saturday. The marina is closed on Sundays.

Charter licence

All boats can be driven without a licence. In this case, an approx. 3-hour charter licence in theory and practice is obligatory on site. The charter licence is limited to the duration of the travel period. The charter licence is not required if you have a current inland navigation licence. Guests with little boating experience but a valid inland navigation licence are welcome to book an additional skipper training course (45 minutes € 50).

Petrol consumption

Petrol is charged according to consumption at the end of the trip in the marina: € 3 per litre and payable on site.

Family discount: 3% for children under 15 years of age

Please note that the minimum stay is 3 nights and the surcharge for stays of 3-6 nights is 15%.

The guaranteed boat handover takes place at 4 pm. However, you are welcome to arrive as early as 2 pm (recommended for charter licence guests) in order to check in and plan your trip in the marina.

With space for up to 6 people, it is perfect for families or groups who want to fully enjoy the lakescape of Marina Röblinsee, all without the need for a boating licence.

The "Emsel" is a true floating holiday home, offering 48 square meters of living space. With a powerful heating system and air conditioning, the houseboat can be used year-round, ensuring comfortable temperatures on both hot summer days and cooler evenings. It is, of course, equipped with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV to keep you entertained at all times.

The spacious 50-square-meter upper deck terrace invites you to enjoy the sun, wind, and water – the perfect spot to spend the day or unwind in the evening.

Inside, you'll find a separate bathroom with a washbasin, shower, and toilet, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette that provides all the essentials for preparing meals. The houseboat has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Additionally, there is a sofa in the salon that accommodates 2 more people.

Thanks to the two enclosed interior spaces and two terraces, the houseboat offers plenty of room and privacy for several people to relax and enjoy the holiday.

For outdoor fun, you can rent a grill for a BBQ evening, as well as Stand-Up Paddleboards, canoes, electric dinghies, or bicycles from the harbour master for a fee. Dogs are welcome on board.

Important Details:

• Clearance height: 3.95 m (5.45 m with the sunshade extended). Remember to retract the sunshade before passing under bridges or other obstacles.
• The boat’s leisurely pace focuses more on enjoying the surrounding nature than covering long distances, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of the landscape.

Key Information:

• Check-in/out: Boat handovers and returns are available Monday through Saturday. The marina is closed on Sundays.
• Home base: Marina Röblinsee in Fürstenberg an der Havel.
• Restricted Areas: Please note that our houseboats cannot access the Müritz due to operational limitations.
• License Requirement: A charter certificate is required, which you can obtain on arrival through a 3-hour course covering theory and practical skills (unless you already have an inland boating license). Optional skipper training (45 minutes, €50) is available for less experienced guests. Plan to arrive by 1:00 PM.
• Crew Requirement: For safe navigation and lock operations, a minimum of three adults is required onboard.
• Wind Restrictions: In winds of force 2 or higher, the houseboat should remain in the marina due to its sensitivity to wind. At force 3.5, leaving the marina is strictly prohibited.
• Fuel Costs: Fuel consumption is charged at the end of your trip at €4 per liter.
