COMPETITION CONDITIONS
Coffee Competition
- Organiser: Bootado (Duschik and Rost Hausboot Gbr) with registered office in Deubners Weg 10, Chemnitz, Germany
- Conditions of participation: Participation from the age of 18 with residence in Germany. Employees and relatives of the organiser are excluded from the prize.
- Participation period: The competition runs from 30.05.2025 to 02.05.2025
- Participation requirements: You can take part by following our Instagram profile and liking and commenting on the competition post.
- Prize: 3 x 1 packet of coffee
- Determination of the winner: The winner will be drawn at random on 03.05.2025.
- Winner notification & handover: The winner will be contacted by direct message on Instagram or call on the day of the game. If there is no response within 7 days, a new draw will be held.
- Data protection: Personal data will only be used to organise the competition. For details see privacy policy. Newsletter registration is voluntary and not a prerequisite for participation.
- Instagram note: This competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram.
- Disclaimer: No liability in the event of technical problems or force majeure.
- Right of termination: The organiser reserves the right to terminate or adjust the competition prematurely for important reasons.
