A Unique Vacation on the Houseboat "Roma"

Dear guests, our modern, license-free houseboat "Roma," built in 2023, invites you to an unforgettable holiday experience on the Mecklenburg Lake District.

The houseboat offers a spacious living and dining area, as well as 2 bedrooms, providing accommodation for up to 7 people (1x double bed, 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed, 1 double sofa bed in the salon). It also features a fully equipped bathroom with a washbasin, shower, and toilet. The kitchenette includes a fridge, freezer, stove with oven, and a dishwasher – everything you need for a relaxing cooking experience. Enjoy the view through the large panoramic windows while sitting at the spacious dining table.

On sunny days, the large sun terrace with comfortable lounge furniture invites you to relax. With just a few steps, you can stretch a large sunshade over the terrace. Enjoy the sunshine or take a refreshing dip in the water. If the weather turns cooler, the heating and cozy gas fireplace will keep you warm. Additionally, Wi-Fi and a large Smart TV are provided on board.

Enjoy the untouched nature, the sun, and the water, and recharge your energy on our floating holiday home – a vacation you won’t forget.

A grill for a BBQ evening, as well as a stand-up paddleboard, canoe, electric dinghies, or bicycles, can be rented for a fee from the harbor master. Please note that dogs are not allowed on board. IMPORTANT: Clearance height with terrain is 3.90 m, and with the sunshade mounted, it is 5.40 m. Always fold the sunshade before passing under any bridge.
