With 48 square meters of living space and a stylish, newly designed interior, "Roxy" is your perfect retreat for up to 6 guests. The high-quality amenities and thoughtful details guarantee a relaxed and unforgettable vacation. A powerful heating and air conditioning system ensures the ideal temperature year-round, while Wi-Fi and a smart TV provide top-notch entertainment.

The highlight of "Roxy" is the spacious rooftop terrace with 50 square meters of space. Here, you can soak up the sun, enjoy the fresh breeze, or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening – a place that promises pure relaxation.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • A modern bathroom: Equipped with a washbasin, shower, and toilet.
  • A fully equipped kitchen: Perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together.
  • Two bedrooms: Both with cozy double beds.
  • A comfortable sofa in the living area: Offers sleeping space for 2 additional guests.

"Roxy" offers two separate indoor areas and two spacious terraces, providing plenty of room and privacy to fully enjoy your vacation.

For outdoor fun, you can rent additional equipment on-site for a fee, such as a grill, a stand-up paddleboard, a canoe, electric dinghies, or bicycles. Dogs are also warmly welcome on "Roxy"!

IMPORTANT: The clearance height is 3.95 m with the railing and 5.45 m with the sunshade mounted. Please ensure the sunshade is folded down before passing under bridges.
