This A3-format waterway map is the Mecklenburg Lake District inland waterway atlas for waterways between Schwerin, Waren, and Berlin, including the Finow Canal (published by Kartenwerft GmbH).

Charter License Fee
If you do not hold a recreational boating license for inland waterways, you must complete a charter license training course with us before you are allowed to set sail. This course is conducted by a member of our team on-site. The charter license includes comprehensive instruction on the boat's technology, the rules of the road on the water, and the nautical chart.
Of course, we will also provide practical training with you on handling the boat.
Please note that the training course begins promptly at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. From your second charter onwards in the same year, the charter license is free of charge. Required reading for the charter license training is the Charter Handbook: Price €7.80 (as of May 2025).
Only one person needs to obtain the charter license. All other passengers should be present at the charter license training course and can then operate the boat.
